About sizes


The sizes based on our measurements are shown on the product pages. *Differences of 1 to 2 cm may occur depending on the type of fabric and the condition of the product. We appreciate your understand in advance.

The product images are posted in colours as close to the products as possible, but there may be differences in colour depending on the settings of the monitor used by the customerd. Your understanding is much appreciated.
About pre-order products
Products marked as "pre-order items" will be dispatched after they arrive. Please note that the delivery period is approximate and may be delayed depending on the arrival status.
In addition, if there is a change in the number of products scheduled to arrive due to production cuts or other reasons, the products may not be available even if you have pre-ordered.

Delivery will be made within approximately 5 days, depending on the area of the delivery destination.
*It takes more than two days from dispatch to delivery in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, Izu Islands, Ogasawara Islands and remote island areas.
*Delivery is only available within Japan.

Shipping for holidays and closed periods

Shipping is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, during the Bon Festival and year-end and New Year holidays. Please note that under the following conditions, delivery cannot be made on the specified date of arrival.

*For credit card payment, we use a payment service of Shopify Payment.

Returns and exchanges and cancellation


Return policy


We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "item is not what I imagined", "item doesn't fit", "I ordered the wrong item", etc.
We will accept returns for initial defects of the product upon arrival.

Please check the goods immediately upon arrival.
All shipping and transfer charges for returns of defective products will be borne by our company.

All of the following must be applied

  • The product must not be pre-ordered.
  • A return notification has to be sent prior to returning the product
  • Products returned "within 8 days" of receipt.
  • Products that can be judged as "unused" according to our company's standards.
  • Products with accessories, cautionary tags, product tags, boxes, etc. attached to the product.


About exchanges

The exchange of initially defective products will be handled according to the stock situation.

If we do not have the replacement product in stock, we will respond with a refund.


About Cancellation of order before shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before we have shipped it, we will allow the cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded the amount of the invoice minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the invoice amount.


About refunds


Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the product arrives at our company using the following methods. We will notify you by email once we have received the returned goods and the refund procedure has been completed.

The refund will be processed via the credit card company. Please contact your credit card company for the refund date and time.
