About pre-order items

For items marked as pre-order, they will be shipped after the product arrives in stock. Please note that the indicated delivery time is only an estimate and may be delayed depending on stock availability. A separate "remote islands relay fee" will be charged in some areas including Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and remote islands. We will contact you in this case.

Shipping and delivery time

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but we will deliver within approximately 5 days.

Please allow at least 2 days for delivery to Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, Izu Islands, Ogasawara Islands, and remote islands.

* Delivery is limited to Japan.

About delivery date and time specification

You can specify the delivery date and time when you place your order. If you wish to have your order delivered as soon as possible, please select "No" for the delivery date and time. Even if you specify a delivery date and time, the arrival of your order may be delayed due to traffic, weather, or shipping conditions of the delivery company on that day.

Shipping Holidays and Non-Operational Periods

We do not process shipments on weekends, public holidays, during the Obon period, or at the end of the year and New Year holidays. Please note that in the following cases, we may not be able to deliver on your specified date:

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM on the day before a non-operational period.

About return / exchange

About returned goods

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, we also do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience such as reasons like "it was not what I imagined", "the size does not fit", "I ordered by mistake", etc. We kindly ask for your understanding.

For the initial failure of the arrived product, we will accept returns.

Please contact us from the inquiry form within 8 days from the arrival of the product.

Please be sure to check the product immediately after the product arrives.

All shipping and transfer charges for returns of defective merchandise will be borne by us.

Please return the items by cash on delivery.

Returns are not accepted for items purchased outside of our online store.

About exchanges

We will exchange the initial defective product depending on the availability of the product.

If we do not have the replacement item in stock, we will issue a refund.

About Refunds

After the product arrives at our company, we will process your refund in the following manner within one business day after we receive the returned merchandise. We will notify you by e-mail after we confirm receipt of the returned product and completion of the refund procedure.
